Caused by: android.view.WindowManager$BadTokenException: Unable to add window — token android.os.BinderProxy@415beab8 is not valid; is your activity running?

LoaderManager.LoaderCallbacksの処理でダイアログを出す箇所で上記エラー発生。

Activity.isFinishing()でチェックしてから、
dialog.show()するように修正。
